This 8 week challenge was very different to my previous challenge; in regards to my training regime and being extremely busy.

I was introduced to Obstacle Course racing and changed the way I train. I ran 3-4 times a week including high intensity and long runs; plus 3 x strength/ high intensity gym sessions. The products give me the energy I need to sustain a high level of fitness and aid in my recovery.

I replaced my breakfast with a MRP + Berry Blast which surprisingly sustained me for 3 hours minimum even with my increased exercise regime. I always, no matter how busy I was, started my day with a probiotic and had a digest enzyme pill with every meal. They live in my hand bag so I am never without. I love to have the super greens mid afternoon as a snack and the repair ultra is a blessing in disguise after long sessions.

In the 8 weeks my normal routine was thrown out multiple times due to travelling interstate, moving house and many social occasions. However this did not change how easy these products are to take and my results at the end.

I am extremely happy with what I have achieved considering the circumstances and how I feel when I am on the products.
