Mi rutina fué ingerir los probióticos por la mañana al despertar, después de hacer de ejercicio (50 a 60 minutos) consumía el licuado con alguna fruta (fresas, blueberries ó plátano), al medio día una colación de fruta (manzana, fresas o frambuesas)con una cucharita de avena, pasitas, nuez, semillas de girasol y pepitas.

A la hora de comida en el segundo bocado una cápsula de ultra digest y para cenar un jugo de frutas y verduras con super greens (pepino, apio, limón, piña, naranja, toronja, espinaca, aguacate, etc.)

Los cambios que sentí fue el fortalecimiento de mi cuerpo, disminuyendo grasa en abdomen y el crecimiento de músculo en piernas y brazos. Hasta el momento he adquirido 600 gms de músculo.

Mi intensión es continuar con el regimen el resto del año.
