When starting yor life I was weighing 169-167 that meant I had gained about 30 pounds while I was attending a university for 2 years. I heard about yorlife trough a friend and motivated to start this journey and it has brought me down to 159, its only 10 pounds but I feel more energized, happier and I feel my body healthy.
I was taking yor shake after work outs and when I wanted to replace a meal, yor complete burn an hour before every workout, pro biotic ultra every morning , fiber, and the yor berry blast with the super greens once a day. I took these how they were directed but I did take the shakes when I didn’t have lunch at work so it was really handy to take anywhere. For the first month I started working out very light at least 3 times a week, but then I got sick and had to stop taking the product for two weeks because the doctor had given me antibiotics and let me know that I need to rest. Once that was over I knew I had to keep moving forward and I started going to the gym every week day and it helped me by building a routine every day to get use to going to the gym more often.
I was able to improve on my strength and my cardio, and notice some muscle build up on my legs and arms and back.
