Estoy muy emocionada y orgullosa de terminar este RETO, mi peso se mantuvo las 8 semanas en 61.200 kgs, sin embargo baje 2 cms de cintura y 2 cms de abdomen. Mi cintura es HOY de 62.5 cms!!!!!!!!!! Y mi grasa bajo 600 gramos.
Todas las mañanas al despertar tomo mi SUPER GREENS antes de irme a caminar. El MRP siempre al terminar mi rutina de ejercicio en el gimnasio. Probioticos al dormir y DIGEST ULTRA antes de cada comida.
Tome este RETO muy en serio, por lo que camine 1 hora por 6 dias de la semana y asisti al gimnasio los 5 días semanales constantes, por 30 minutos diarios.
