So the plan was to try gain some weight as I have been 86kg for the last 3 years my goal weight was 90kg any extra was a bonus. And in glad to say my final weight was 96kg
The products I was taking was the mrp with each meal berry blast once in the morning with a vitamin and digest and the super greens. I also increased my meal intake to 4-6 meals a day and I was averaging 150g a day increase in weight
I also increased how often I went to the gym to 6 times a week so that the weight I put on wasn't all fat most of what I did at the gym was heavy with not a whole lot of cardio so I could put weight on.
It has been so good to put on extra weight as people have noticed that I look bigger and I have been able to lift more weight, it is also a huge confidence boost being able to put more weight on and put on more size. I'm also finding that I have more energy and motivation in the day to do the things I want.
