This is my second challenge, even though I still need a tan I have come very close to my goal weight and made strength improvements all over.

I tried a different combination of the product this time to see if they would make any effect on my energy levels for training.
I found that if I have a berry blast while training I can work out longer without becoming tired. I also get a really good sleep if I take the super greens before bed and then as soon as I wake up I have the probiotic and repair ultra on an empty stomach.

Maintaining a constant frequency of my training was difficult to balance with work commitments as I travel a lot by car. At least 4 hours each day, also having suffered 2 separate injuries during the 8 weeks, one to my neck where I could not move it at all, a sports massage and doubling up on the repair ultra helped me get back into training faster than I thought possible. I highly recommend the repair ultra for any muscle pain or injury related issues as it defiantly helps the body heal. Hence the name REPAIR!

This challenge was a great way to keep me on track with training and stick to my program. The challenge trips a switch in ur brain that makes things happen as you have a goal to achieve and you only have yourself to blame if things don't work out the way you intended!

I cannot wait until my next challenge as I'm pumped to put everything I've learnt in the last 2 into action together and make things really happen!
