Having used the YOR health products for a while now and already gaining some amazing results, I entered the 8 Week YOR Best Body Challenge to push myself even further and see if I could improve my body even more
After reading through the new Thermo-slim Program Guide I knew this would be an absolutely incredible tool to utilise to help achieve my goals. Before following the thermo-slim program I used to only use weights at the gym a few times a week and not really pushing myself to discover my potential.
Following Level two of thermo-slim guide was exactly what I needed as my goals were to build more lean muscle and increase my overall fitness. I am now incorporating HIIT into my workouts and using more of my energy gained from my YOR health products to achieve my results and have never felt or been happier.
I have learnt so much more about training and diet since starting my challenge - all thanks to the YOR product range and fantastic thermo-slim guide. The thermo-slim program guide prevented me from hitting my weight loss and fitness plateau and supported my metabolism giving me the rapid results I had never achieved before nor felt possible.
I incorporated all of the YOR products into my diet and used slim down/carbo-charged days as per the thermo-slim program. I took YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins before my main meals, YOR Berry Blast before an intense workout, YOR Fibre Plus with my morning YOR MRP, YOR Probiotics Ultra before breakfast and YOR Repair Ultra morning and night. On carbo-charged days I added berries to my YOR MRP shake in the morning, I would also take YOR Supergreens in the afternoon and use the YOR MRP shake post workout to increase my protein intake - as well as making sure I ate every 3 hours and kept my fluid intake up.
Entering the challenge I weighed in at 62kgs. 8 weeks on I exceeded my weight loss goal weighing in at only 57.7kg and I had lost approximately 4% body fat!
My favourite product during this challenge was the YOR Repair Ultra. It had a massive impact on my recovery allowing me to train longer and harder than ever before without waking up the next day feeling tired and sore
I know with my non sporty/nutrition minded background I could never ever have achieved these results on my own without the support from YOR health.
