Alrigggght! My goals through this challenge was to change body definition and composition and gain some more muscle. I didn't really have a weight goal. I started at 60kgs and have slimmed down to 58.4kgs. Body composition has definitely slightly changed!
So another challenge is done! Unfortunately I did not achieve all of the goals I set at the start of the challenge and that's ok. The past eight weeks have been a trialling time and my injuries have really prevented me training to what I had planned for this challenge.
With light exercise and religious use of the yor products I have still managed to maintain the muscle I already have and slim down.
I did a small strength program for my core and legs 1x a week and played soccer each Saturday :)
My strength has dramatically increased and I found my speed throughout soccer games phenomenal. I've been a yorhealth customer for a long time and each day I still manage to feel more vibrant and more alive!
My daily routine generally starts with a superblast drink followed by breakfast where I take a digestive.
Digest ultra is taken with all main meals as it definitely aids in ensuring I do not bloat or have discomfort after food.
Probiotics are taken every night with a repair.
The shake is a handy post workout drink or something easy to make when I'm in s hurry, which often happens being a mum of a nearly two year old.
The berry blast is definitely a favourite and my coffee intake had substainay decreased, though I do love the taste of coffee :P

Although my injuries prevented me attaining the results I seeked, I'm in the best shape of my life, I have managed to avoid getting sick this 'sick season' due to my immunity being through the roof!
Can't wait to do another challenge :D
