This was my 5th cycle of YOR Best body 8 week challenge. My weight was 78kg and my goal to gain 3kg of lean muscles. There was a couple of challenges through the last 8 weeks.
We’ve been so lucky to have healthy newborn son just before I started. Despite that I kept training 3-4 times a week. First couple of weeks everything went well, half way through the challenge my sleep deprivation took it’s price - I injured my lower back and could not exercise for almost 2 weeks. No complaints, I am fully dedicated to keep my body, mind and energy levels on the top and YOR Health product line helps heaps.

My morning starts with my Super Shake every time - 1 scoop of Super Greens, 1scoop of Fibre plus, 1,5 scoop of YOR Shake, rolled oats, banana. Nothing can beat this breaky!
I have become a meat minimalist eating mainly fish with veggie salads or roasted veggies, legumes, fruit and sprouted bread. Every now and then I have a good quality piece of steak.
With all cooked meals I have Digest Ultra and Essential Vitamin.
Last thing before I go to bed I take 1x Probiotics and 2x Repair Ultra.
I love using the Nutri Bullet every other day. I make another super shake in the afternoon - rich, satisfying meal made in 2 minutes with no mess.

I drive a lot so Berry Blast has been my best friend in the car. You wanna have a baby? Stock on the red gold and get Berry blast in every pocket.
I almost forgot, I keep a bag of YOR Shake in my car and have it whenever I feel like buying some crap chocolate bar or fast food. It’s the most convenient and tasty snack EVER.

Despite the hiccups throughout this challenge I am very happy with maintaining and improving my results. I gained 2kg to hit 80kg of weight.
More and more friends joining me in the challenges as they finally see the positive impact.
Not only on my body but my mind.
