I put on a lot of weight between the years of 2012 and 2014 while I was taking anti-depressants. Having completely overcome my mental illness back in February 2014, I stopped putting on weight at around the 80kg mark. That's a whopping 10 KILOS heavier than I'd been just two years before!! By the start of my challenge, almost a year and a half later, I hadn't managed to lose ANY of that weight. I'd been going to the gym for 1-2 hours a day, 3-5 days a week since September last year, and although I noticed some small changes from time to time, life has it's way of screwing with my progress whenever I feel like I'm getting somewhere. That's why I bought a challenge pack and took on the YOR Health 8 Week Best Body Challenge. During my challenge, I worked out at the gym 2-3 hours a day, 5-7 days a week while using all of the products in my Challenge Pack.
I started every morning with one YOR Probiotics Ultra and 1-3 YOR Repair Ultras followed by a Berry Blast, Supergreen, Fibre Plus mix and either a healthy breakfast or a YOR MRP Shake. I had a YOR Digest Ultra, 2 YOR Super Slims and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins with each of my 3 main meals every day, and I'd often have a second Berry Blast before going to the gym and another YOR MRP Shake after the gym each day. Finally, I took between one and three YOR Repair Ultras before bed every night.
The results I've seen are phenomenal!! I lost a whole kilogram in just my first week of the challenge, and focused on toning for the remaining 7 weeks (In which time I lost ANOTHER kilo without even trying!!) A lot of the flab from my belly and my chest has just disappeared and I've been building muscles I didn't even know I had!! I could still improve and I plan on taking on another 8 week challenge, but the progress I've made in just the past 8 weeks is incredible, and it never would have happened without the help of my YOR Health products and the 8 Week Best Body Challenge.
