This has been one of the best journeys of my life. Health and fitness was never something I had ever struggled with. For the most part I've always tried to stay fit, work out and eat the best I can while living a normal life. As the years passed, I realized I began to gain some weight but ignored it. I took my health for granted and believed that I could easily get lean again. As the extra pounds added on, “sucking it in” became second nature to me. I began to call my health plan the “On & Off plan”. Which means I get on it for a bit then get off it again. As the years passed, my mid section slightly grew and grew. Really only my girlfriend and those very close to me noticed. There were probably more who did noticed but didn’t want to say anything to me. I secretly started feeling insecure and even then I still was in denial. My clothes started to not fit anymore so I got a bit worried but still not enough to make a change. The big turning point was one day I was just thinking to myself about the how I’m slowly gaining weight and I said to myself “well maybe as you get older you just gain weight, everyone gets like that. I am getting older and maybe that’s just the way it is. It’s normal.” I caught myself thinking this way and thought NO! I can’t think like this! I’m going to change. This is when I decided I would really join the 8 Week Challenge and get back into good shape.

Through this Challenge, I committed to get lean, get abs, and get back into good health again. I went back to the discipline that I once knew and began my journey of healthier choices. I did lots of cardio and worked out four times a week. I changed my diet and with the help of the YOR Health products it took my nutrition and workout to another level. The YOR Shake and Fiber Plus I loved because it taste great and it was so easy to make. The YOR Complete Burn helped to get my cardio and workouts going while the YOR Repair Ultra really helped me with me recovery from them. This new healthier lifestyle has become a habit that I can manage and enjoy while running a business and a busy life.

In the last 8 Weeks I lost 14.4 pounds. I started at 170lbs and now 8 weeks later I’m 155.6lbs. I feel great and people are asking me how I did it? More than my personal transformation, I have a group of friends, and family members that came along with me to live a healthier lifestyle and it’s an awesome feeling. I feel the best I have ever felt, I feel alive. Thank you for helping me to get to a leaner, and healthier me! At 32 years old I’m in better shape than when I was 22. I am in the best shape of my life and not planning on stopping!
