YOR Health products gave me the body I could only dream of! It's still so surreal when people ask me how I got my body. They want to know how I got my abs; how often I go to the gym, and how much do I lift. I never thought people would end up asking ME for advice on having abs and toned body. What do I tell them? YOR Health of course!

It was not too long ago in the past when I tried starving myself and eating very little. I would work out for 2 hours straight for 2 months, inside my bedroom and wonder, where are my abs! I love to be active, however the reason why I couldn't get abs and grow muscles in the past was because I didn't feed my body with the correct nutrition! I was never educated about it. I thought as long as I eat less and workout more, I will lose weight and get abs.

Because of the YOR Best Body Challenge, things are way different now. I go to the gym 3 times a week with a big group of friends and train them. I get my workout in by showing my friends the proper form and running a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class with them. When I am training my friends, I am able to squeeze a little bit of a work out in. Even though I am not training as much as you would expect, I am still getting the results I love, all because of the YOR Health products.
