Hola, soy Tere Alarcón ama de casa, entre al reto porque no podía bajar la pancita que me quedo después de haber tenido a mi segundo niño, es muy incómodo tener que ser talla mediana por culpa de la panza, siendo que mi talle es talla chica, me sentía acomplejada la ropa ya no me quedaba bien, creo que debido a ese exceso o mala alimentación, si mantener una alimentación balanceada es muy difícil, siempre estaba cansada, fastidiada, estresada, que horror lidear como todo, mi peso era de 48kg.
