I set myself 3 goals to achieve throughout this challenge - lose weight, increase energy levels and improve digestion.
The YOR Shake and supergreens are what assisted with the weight loss - I loved the chocolate taste of the shake, and the supergreens actually made me crave sweets much less! I feel so nourished after drinking the supergreens.
