mi reto 5 ha terminado y con este la primera meta que me propuse y lográndolo antes de los 6 retos que fue llegar a mi peso de 76 kg. Me siento muy contento y respaldado por yorhealth que me ha dado salud y energía para lograrlo más la motivación inyectada por lo vivido en la conferencia anual que se me servirá para la siguiente meta que será definir.
