Prior to getting started in the 8 Week Challenge, I felt like I was overweight, but I kept telling myself that it was not that bad at all. I was always looking for other people who were even more overweight to validate my own story.

One day I looked in the mirror and I hated the way I was looked. I felt I needed to change something but I did not really have the energy to do it on my own. Since my daughter brought the YOR Health product line to Holland almost a year ago, I finally made the step to ask her for help and I committed to the 8 Week Challenge.

Besides that I wanted to support my son as well. He has an amazing passion for sports but due to his medical issues, he had to quit his playing. He has so much strength and passion for what he does that I promised myself to commit to the challenge. Not only for myself, but also for him to be able to help him stay in shape before, during and after his surgery. We worked out every other day together and it made our connection even stronger.

Every morning I started with the YOR MRP for breakfast along with the YOR Complete Burn and two YOR Essential Vitamins. In the morning I used the YOR Supergreens (mixed with only water, and I love it!) and before dinner I used the YOR Digest Ultra. What I realized is that I don't feel tired after dinner and I do not need my 'old man' sleep afterwards anymore!
