Before the challenge I already knew the power these products had due to a lot of my friends taking the products and having great results.
Going into the challenge my main aim was to lose 4-6kg of body fat, really tone up but more importantly to improve my energy and overall health.
I decided to stick primarily to the Thermo Slim Guide for my eating and training recommendations which helped me so much in terms of staying on track, as in the past I have tried other challenges and struggled.
I took all of the products included in the sculpt set with a few extras as well.
My daily regime looked like the following:
Wake up: Have berry blast, fibre and greens in a shake (tastes super good and gave me crazy energy all day)
Breakfast: Had a meal as stated in thermo slim guide along with my digest cap and essential vitamin (all my bloating I used to suffer started to disappear with the digest)
Snack: Had the yor shake mid morning (love the taste, also very filling)
Lunch: Again stuck with the foods recommended in the thermo guide. Took digest and vitamin with meal. Also took berry blast before workout.
Post Training: Took my you shake with the repair to help with recovery (noticed better performance and recovery almost instantly)
Dinner: another meal recommendation from guide plus digest. Also took probiotic before bed (noticed sleep was much better. No longer waking up)
My exercise was exactly as is recommended in the thermo slim guide, a mixture of interval training and weights 5 days a week. I did throw in a bit of yoga on the side which i love.
The impact these products have had on my life hasn't just been physical. The confidence I now have to be happy in my own body and not be so self conscious around others. The energy I feel throughout the day keeps me in great spirits and makes me a likeable person to be around. There is no end in sight for me and these products, I will take them until the day I die as I just love the results I get but mostly I love the way they make me feel.
