It was not easy to find time for the gym and even harder to keep a strict diet with the right portions. The YOR shakes make eating a lot easier because they can make up for a meal and be prepared fast. I also dedicated whatever time I had left at the end of the day to my fitness and, in the end, reached my goal. I lost the ten pounds I set out to loose and I'm good with that. My advice is; no matter how busy you are, you can pick a fraction of the day to use for your health. When you do set up that part of the day, keep repeating until you have it stuck in your head and remember that this time is reserved strictly for fitness ONLY.
