Yor Health products has change my life because i was never really able to gain any weight ever since freshman year in high school. I've always been 118 lbs until i decided to start working out. My decision for working out was because of an incident that happened in Fall 2012. I was waiting for my parents to pick me up at a station, and as i waiting, a group of teenager held me down and started punching me, thankfully i wasn't badly injured, but i realized that i needed to look more intimidating. After using the products i was able to gain muscle mass quick and also lose 8 lbs of undigested food in the first 2 weeks. That was when i realized the products works. I started working out with the products, taking 4 scoops of Yor MRP, 1 scoop of fiber, 1 scoop of SuperGreen, and the daily recommended regimen that includes digestive, vitamins, repair, and pro biotic. AS for my work out schedule, every day after my class i would head to the gym for an hour focusing on my core. I started by stretching, follow up by 5 sets of 15 abdominal crunches, and then switching to bosch sit-ups. I continued this workout schedule until i started seeing some results.
