Estoy muy feliz de concluir mi reto y sobre todo de haber logrado lo que me propuse bajar mi pancita y aumentar mi autoestima, ya hasta mis hijos me felicitaron!!!! Ademas cuando empece mi reto yo padecía de incontinencia e inclusive tuve varios percances cuando corría o hacia ejercicios con mucho brincos y cual es mi sorpresa que a la 3a. Semana ya mis músculos estaban tan fortalecidos que ya no tuve ningún problema y adiós a la incontinencia!!!! Y me siento muy bien física y emocionalmente, gracias por darme la oportunidad de sentirme feliz y con energía como hace mucho no sentía!!! También quiero mencionar que hasta el humor me cambio, ahora sonrió mucho mas que antes!!!
Baje un kilo, mi meta no era realmente bajar de peso, pero con el ejercicio y los productos me di cuenta que lo que baje es grasa, yo me tomo todos los productos y me encanta como me siento, gracias Yor health!!
