Over the last 8 weeks I have committed to continuing my weight loss journey. To date I have lost 25kg! None of this would have been possible without YOR Health!
Every morning I start my day with 2 YOR multi vitamins, a super green and berry blast, which gives me the energy to train each day! After my workout I have an MRP, vanilla is my absolute favourite at the moment!!!
Being a mum of 2 young kids and having a husband that works away my days are extremely busy and exhaustive, before finding the YOR Health products I struggled to find the energy to get up and out of bed each day, let alone finding the energy to workout!
Every evening before bed I take 2 multis and a probiotic. The magic that these littles wonders work while I'm sleeping is nothing short of amazing!!! I am able to bounce out of bed at 430am every morning and start my day! Having the energy to get up at this time of the morning gives me the opportunity to house work and chores done, so by the time the kids wake up I can dedicate more time to them and be the best mum I can be!
