I have completed many fat loss challenges before in the past but the Yor Best Body 8 week challenge was a completely different ball game

With the introduction of ALL the products in the yorhealth range I was able to achieve my best ever look but more importantly feel amazing through the whole process

In the past whilst dropping fat I would have to sacrifice my quality of life and really grind it out.

But this time around adding in these amazing products I was able to not only achieve better results but feel at my best whilst doing it. Always energetic and enthusiastic which made the entire process much more enjoyable.

My daily routine consists of 1 Serve of greens+ 1 Serve of berry blast and yor-fibre on and empty stomach with X1 yor-pro-biotic, x2 yor-repair capsules, x4 yor-essential vitamins and minerals tablets
Followed by 3 scoops of yor-MRP shake for breakfast

I take 1 yor-digest capsular before my two biggest meals of the day which is pre and post workout meals on training days
Or lunch and dinner on non training days

Before my solid post workout meal I have another 3 scoops of the yor MRP- shake after my workout as well as a second berry blast Serv before working out- only on training days

I train a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 weights session each week with an additional two HIIT cardio sessions in the last 3 weeks
