Hola soy Mayela Perez de Monterrey Nuevo Leon, mi peso anterior eran 54kg, actualmente logre bajar 4 kilos los cuales estoy muy feliz ya que tu energia es diferente y no solo eso sino tu autoestima sube y te sientes mucho mejor, use la mayoria de los productos todas las mañanas me tomaba mi malteada, el super greens, y la verdad es que no hice mucho ejercicio como deberia ver sido pero estoy feliz con los resultados que tuve porque comoquiera fueron muy buenos, para el otro reto me aplicare mas para poder llegar a mi peso ideal y poder estar mas tonificada, aveces si me tomaba los prooductos cuando me avisaba mi aplicacion, este reto para mi es el comienzo de algo mas grande, se que el proximo reto me voy a aplicar mas, porque no quiero terminar el año sin tener el cuerpo que siempre quise tener, esto es un gran desafio para mi, a mi me encanta la comida, soy adicta a la comida, ajjaja como bastante y el poder hacer este reto para mi es todo un desafio, de poder disminuir mis porciones, pero se que lo voy a lograr solo es cuestion de decision.
