I believe this is my fourth challenge that I have enter in and When I first begin it was things didn't go so well as I thought it would but this time I was just like wow. The other challenges I have been in, I was just constantly loosing 10 lbs. This challenge however, I was actually able to loose 15 lbs! This is by far the most I lost in all my challenges. Just thinking when I first decided to change my health near the end of last year, I am just like oh man I can't believe I was 208 lbs! Now I am 170, I can't believe I lost 38 lbs!
I wanted to reach my health and fitness goals faster as I was slimming down. So when I enter this challenge, I really thought about it a lot. I was like am I going try to lose a bunch more weight and enter the challenge again to lose some more weight, or really go at it so I don't have to deal with losing weight anymore and focus on my way towards the sculpting up. Eventually I chose the 2nd option.
I am so thankful for the products. Whenever I am out of it, I always go into panic mode. Haha. The products that I used when I am in the challenge are the yor shake, the super green, the fiber, complete burn and super slim.
I wouldn't be able to reach my goals at all if I didn't have those products. For me, I feel like the yor shake, fiber, and super green are like the must have. I just can't seem to feel right when I don't have all 3 of them together. Helps control my hunger a lot. Oh and with the super slim too, I am able to really keep my hunger or carving in check. The complete burn is really something amazing. Every time after the gym, I am just soak in sweat, seems disgusting but it's because of the complete burn that helped me to endure and keep push myself when I feel like I am about to quit.
I am really excited for what's to come. I know for fact that I will reach my health goals before this year ends if I just keep working hard towards. Thank you yor health!
