8 weeks done and the results show ???? unstoppable.
My name is Travis Boyle, I am 27 years old with fitness being my passion.
For many years read up and watched all these challenges but had no interest at all. BUT YOR Health caught my eye.
Did some research about how it all works and asked some questions then decided I would give it ago.
Entering the challenge I weighed 73kg with 11.4% body fat. 8 weeks on my weight hit 74.5kg with a crazy 7.2% body fat ?? WOW could not believe how low i got my body fat and still have so much energy.
I did not change a great deal to how I eat or train.
Trained 5-6 times a week with sessions of cardio in there as well.

I look at how far I have come in only 8 weeks and see the physical changes but with high levels of energy everyday. Did this challenge with my mum and she lost 4kg witch is a huge effort plus the change in her happiness to life was the best part to see.
I know see everyday as a good and healthy day with a positive attitude to a new high.
