Estoy muy contenta con el resultado porque baje 2 kilos en grasa, mas no satisfecha porque seguiré buscando mi mejor versión.

En este reto de 8 semanas aprendí de la CONSTANCIA, la DISCIPLINA y la AUTO MOTIVACIÓN, es increíble como una plataforma tan simple y divertida puede ayudarte a generar NUEVOS HÁBITOS en tu estilo de vida.

Todos los días me tomaba mis productos, al despertar el probiotico, shape y las vitaminas, de desayuno la malteada junto con la fibra, al medio día mi delicioso super green con berry blast, en mis comidas las enzimas y el shape, a media tarde nuevamente mi super green y en la cena la malteada junto con el shape y las vitaminas y al dormir mi repair. El APP del Reto fue una gran herramienta de recordatorio en mis días y me ayudo a mantenerme enfocada.
