My intentions was to loose 10kilos during the cold winter months but terms of events changed - we moved houses and alot of outing came up on the list!
I was consistent with all of the products everyday and was eating out more often than usually alot of parties, dining, breakfasts, lunches.
So I decided I will control what I put in my body and that was the products!
There were some amazing restaurants and foods that difficult to say no too...so I decided to embrace the challenges and eat eat eat and took digest absolutely everywhere! Even my husband said the same!
