I decided to take the Yor best body challenge for personal reasons, as well as to impact the lives of people who are important to me. Prior to using Yor Health supplements my best friend Blake was diagnosed with cancer and a few of my immediate family members had poor health for various reasons. After talking to my now mentor Dan, he introduced me to the products and I did research on potential benefits that could change body and overall well being. The ideals behind the product motivated me to be an example for those I care about. So I started the 8 week challenge.
I have taken the probiotics, super greens, Berry blast, repair, MRP, and digest ultra everyday for the last 8 week. I also incorporated the vitamins and super slim in my last 2 weeks of the challenge. Occasionally I used the muscle energy if I worked multiple times in a day. I typically did more 2-3 days of long distance running and sprints, as I play Australian Rules football in the U.S. and it is required to be in general condition. I also did 2-3 days of high intensity interval training and light weight training. My body weight changed somewhat.
I lost another 13 pounds initially and and about 5 lbs of muscle. My body weight was averaged around 198lbs when I first started the challenge. At lowest I was 184lbs and have be constant 191lbs as of late.
Overall my energy has increased, the amount I sleep has increased, and my stress levels have gone down. My body recovery is out of this world and I noticed that I haven't been ill in the variable weather that I live in.I also feel fitter which is import to both my Navy career and the sport I play and I have motivated both friends and family to take control of their health and get active.
