no me lo van a creer!
en mi segundo reto logré una mejor definición en espalda y brazos. estoy muy contenta porque pude mantener 57kg de peso a pesar de los inevitables antojos y descansos de las vacaciones!!
Empezaba tomando una medida del supergreens en ayunas combinado con el berry blast, haggo un desayuno regular tomando dos yor shape, colación y a la hora de la almuerzo tomo una cápsula de yor digest ultra. no me puedo ir al gym sin antes tomar el Muscle Energy combinado con 3 yor shape, y de regreso mi deliciosa yor shake! antes de dormir tomo dos cápsulas de yor repair ultra y una cápsula de yor probiotics ultra, pues creo que funcionan mejor de noche.
hago ejercicio dos o tres veces por semana.
para mi el tener un cuerpo fitness es una prioridad. gracias al reto puedo mantener esa prioridad a la par de mis actividades diarias. siento una gran satisfacciòn al verme al espejo y agradarme! me siento valiosa! y por eso me he puesto de meta inspirar a más gente y voy por el campeonato anual del reto en las vegas!
