Hay actividades en mi vida que disfruto mucho, pero lo que me apasiona, es correr. Siento Libertad. De esa manera me mantenía en mi peso. Pero con el RETO DE 8 SEMANAS, además de correr, me queda energía para ir al gimnasio y con ayuda de los productos de Yor Health me siento mejor que nunca. Estoy entrenando para competir en un medio maratón, esa es mi meta inmediata.
