Estoy muy contenta con este ciclo, ya que había dejado de hacer ejercicio por un año y mis hábitos alimenticios no eran muy buenos y comenzaba a dejar de gustarme mi cuerpo y a sentirme mal, sin energía, batallaba para levanté por las mañanas para ir a trabajar.
Mi peso al inicio del ciclo fue de 54.5 kg mi meta fue adelgazar 4.5kg y subir 2 en masa muscular.

Al iniciar el día tomaba el YorRepair, posterior a eso la fibra con súpergreens como desayuno antes de ir al Gym, al terminar la rutina tomaba YorMRP; antes de la comida una cápsula de YorDigest.
El primer mes acudía 5 días a la semana a la rutina de ejercicio el último mes al rededor de 3 veces a la semana, me desenfoque un poco de mi meta.
Al finalizar mi reto mi peso es de 50 kg, no logre aumentar en masa muscular los 2 kg que había querido, sin embargo logre aumentar mi energía para realizar las actividades diarias, que mi ropa me quedara mejor y elevar mi autoestima.
