Mi nombre es Martha cuando empeze los cuarenta empece a subir de peso constantemente en el area abdominalyo pensaba que haciendo ejercicio podria solucionar el problema pero se hacia mas agudo, continuaba mi aumento de peso este a#o tuve la suerte de comenzar con yor con un peso de 158 lbs aun que los resultados no son exajerados me siento bien y sobre todo mi constancia en baja de peso es diario en vez de aumentar como venia sucediendo los pasados a#os.estoy terminando con un peso de 149 lbs.
Tome la decision de empezar el reto y aun se que no he terminado con mi peso ideal continuare hasta lograr mi meta mi programa es:
4 veces ala semana hago ejercicio variado por 45 minutos
a las 6:00 am me tomo 1 cap de probroaticos y una de repair
7:30 am 2 caps de slim
8:00 am fibra
8:15 am mi protein
go to the gym
11:00 super greens
1:30 am 2 caps slim
2:00 lunch , 1 enzime, 2 vitaminas
4:00 pm snak
7:00 pm slim
7:30 pm protein,1 enzime, 2 vitaminas
Mi digestion es el problema numero uno estoy haciendo los pasos necesarios para que sea correjido y mi meta es a final del a#o es tener mejor salud y verme espectacular.
