Seeing fit people, has inspired me wanting the perfect body. I thought that the only way to get the body is to excerise and eat healthy. That's what I did. But somehow I never have nice abs and I seem to get smaller and smaller! Even though some people would say that I'm already skinny at 107 lbs, they don't know that I wasn't happy. Being tone, is something I find very hard to do.

I never tried to use supplements because I was afraid that I was going to look like a guy with big muscle. However, when I got introduced by Yor Health, everything changed..

When I started Yor Best Body Challenge, I thought I would look the same. I was 107 pounds and currently now I weigh 115 pounds! And the funniest thing is that I feel and look slimmer and toner!

During my challenge, it was a bit difficult whenever I tried to exercise because my parents owned a restaurant. I would wake up 7 am go to work and come back home at 11 pm. So I have no time for the gym. When I'm on my break, that's the my time I can squeeze in a mini workout.

As for the Yor Health products, I use all the products. My morning I would take Yor Repair and Probiotics before getting myself ready, after that, I would take the MRP, vitamins and berry blast. My lunch, I would take Yor Digest and Super Slim before eating my meal. During snacktime I would have the Supergreens. Then Dinner time, I would have the Yor Shake. Before going to bedtime, I would take Yor Repair.
