It may not look like much of a difference, but the last 8 weeks have had a huge impact on me mentally and physically!

I started the challenge at 95kg (3 months after having my second baby).
I was unhappy, lethargic, lacked motivation and slipping into a state of post natal depression.
Something had to change!

I started with the Slim pack and added the supergreens and fibre.

I noticed dramatic changes in the first week, my stomach wasn't as bloated, my mood lifted, I started walking, this then gave me more energy and motivation for the day ahead.
