Hello my name is Stephanie Xiong and my Yorhealth journey started in April of 2015, but my weight journey has been my entire life. I was born into poverty, low income, and to a single mother. I did not have access to the best foods nor the best health care. My family and I were only able to buy food that was cheap and manufacture. We were not educated about its harmfulness. Its inexpensiveness lure us like drugs but disguise like food. Not having access to fresh fruits and vegetable my diet consist of carbohydrates and manufacture protein. This diet pave the way to unhealthy eating and weight gain at age 10. As a child I remember having such a painful and difficult time using the restroom. Valve movement was once a week if I was lucky. When I did finally use the restroom the processed was over 30 minutes. My bio waste was smelly, hard, and clumpy. I never realize that it wasn’t normal. From then on after the 4th grade I would rapidly gain weight.
In January of 2006, my wonderful secured world came to a devastating end. Earlier in 2005, my mother was sickened with diabetes and broke her back. I was only 22 years old when she died. I lost my best friend, my confidant, and sunk into depression. Soon after that I got married and was expecting my first child. Not having my mother to help and guide me I had a very stressful pregnancy. It lead me to have a C-section. After the birth of my daughter, as a young mother I did not experience the joys of motherhood. I did not recognize that I had postpartum depression. To make matters worse, upon returning back to work I received a letter in the mail announcing my lay off. It was a downward spiral from that point on. I sunk deeper into depression. I had no one to turn to, so I turned to food to help numb the pain. I virtually gained 40 pounds overnight. I noticed my clothes not fitting, I felt ugly looking in the mirror, and worst of all my body shutting down on me. I was sluggish and constantly coming down with the cold. But worse of all I lost the well to live. Here I was, at only 24 years old, feeling like I was 60yrs old. I had no hope and no one to tell me that it was going to be ok.
In April of 2015, good fortune came my way and my brother in law introduced me to YOR Health and the 8 Week Challenge. When I saw the opportunity to get into my best body in 8 weeks I did not hesitate. I couldn’t wait to start and loose the pounds. I had lost control of myself, my health, and my body. I was working out, eating organically, buying expensive gym membership, and skin care products, but I never got the results that I wanted. Yor Health products are so easy to use and fit’s my busy lifestyle. I just take the vanilla protein shake, water, shake it up and there’s breakfast. The 1st time that I had the berry blast I couldn’t get off my treadmill. I love how versatile the super green is. My skin is re-new and glowing like a new born baby. Today I’ve lost 25 pounds. Went from a size 14 to a size 8. I’ve obtain a flatter stomach and best of all valve movement is fantastic. Yor Health has given me my life back. To feel balance, whole, and full of energy. I never thought it would be possible in this life time. I have truly found my fountain of youth.
