Throughout my life I have always been active and athletic. I was always skinny so people automatically assumed that was healthy. Therefore, I always ate what I wanted and felt that I didn’t need to watch my diet or be on a diet. After attending college, I realized that although I looked “good,” my body was rapidly changing. I enjoyed working out so I felt that I had control of things.
It wasn’t until I graduated, in 2011, that I wanted to officially get a gym membership and try out supplements. After many research, I landed here in the Yor best Body 8 week challenge. my goal for this challenge was to sculpt overall and focus on my abs. After many attempts, I have never been able to see results I wanted. I stuck to going to the gym 5 times a week, eating more natural foods, and taking my Yor health products. In the morning , I have My Yor shake and vitamins, then I have supergreens either before lunch or before dinner, and I make sure I have my digest with me at all times. After workouts I would take repair ultra to recover. Sometime in the day, I’d make a fiber shake to keep my digestion regulated. I have been eating more fruits, veggies, nuts, leafy greens, and the list goes on. Now I feel stronger, healthier, and I love the way my body is toning. Through this challenge felt less stressed, happier to get up and fulfill my daily activities. I just feel amazing. Thanks to this challenge I can make fitness a lifestyle. See you next cycle!
