What an experience. I used Yor MRP three times a day according to the regimen. In the morning I added Berry Blast. Upon waking up I took a probiotic and used digest with meals. After the first four weeks I added Yor Repair, Yor Shape, Yor Fiber, Supergreens and Muscle Energy sometimes before, and sometimes after the gym. I avoided fast food for the whole eight weeks.
My schedule had me consuming 1500-2000 calories a day. I hiked in the morning getting 30 minutes of cardio and in the afternoon I swam. I started swimming ten minutes and by the end of week four I was swimming 40 minutes a day. I also went to the gym five days a week. I went from 89 kilograms and reached my goal of 80 kilograms last week, today I weight 78.5 kilos.
The experience was unforgettable. Everybody comments on the change. I'm healthier, and more athletic. I've lost weight and gained muscle.
During the first couple of weeks of the challenge I discovered I have a hernia as a result of an appendix surgery several years ago. This prevented me from pushing too hard at the gym, especially on the abs. I wore a weight belt and did my best. I have a surgery scheduled. Once I recover I will do another cycle.
