En este segundo ciclo del reto me discipliné más con los alimentos, aunque no alcance mi peso ideal creo q si logre definir un poco más el abdomen y la espalda, necesito trabajar más duro para lograr llegar al peso que deseo (2 kilos menos) y definir aun más todo mi cuerpo.
Estoy sumamente feliz por lo que he logrado hasta ahorita con estos 2 ciclos, anteriormente había hecho ejercicio, pero nunca obtuve estos resultados, empiezo a verme como siempre he querido y voy x más, se que lo puedo lograr y Yor Health me va a ayduar, quiero lograr la mejor versión de mi misma.
