I have started many challenges lately and not finished them. These are not the results I was going for, but I still lost 6 lbs which is progress.

I started finally getting back into my gym habits and opting for my yor shake over less healthy snack foods.

I feel much more motivated to start my next challenge & will plan to do at least 2 shakes per day instead of the 1 per day I did for this challenge.

I took the yor slim set, but I did forget my probiotics about half the time. This will be another thing to improve on for my next challenge. I feel great to actually finish challenge and make progress even when being inconsistent with my products and workout regimen. Cheers to progress!
