Mi peso al iniciar este reto fue de 114 kilos y lo estoy concluyendo con 104 kilos, el reto lo lleve a cabo sin realizar ejercicio alguno debido a la carga de trabajo que me genere, los productos los tome como esta indicado en la ficha de régimen diario de productos sugerido, no hice ejercicio solo lo que caminaba diario.
El impacto que ha tenido en mi vida ha sido espectacular ya que mi principal problema de salud es la hipertension arterial, con este reto baje de peso sin mucho esfuerzo y me siento muy bien, por consiguiente se controlo mi presión arterial.
Sin duda alguna estoy dispuesto a hacer otro reto y continuar mejorando mi calidad de vida...
