Por la mañana tomaba una cápsula de probiotics ultra y una malteda preparada con 2 porciones de shake 1 de fibers y por lo general agregaba alguna fruta de mi preferencia (fresas, plátano, mango) para dar mas cuerpo y sabor a la malteada.
Durante las comidas seguía las recomendaciones calóricas de la aplicación thermoslim, siempre acompañándolas de una cápsula de digest ultra.
Por lo general hacia 2 sesiones de ejercicio a la semana. De 30 a 40 minutos de natación por sesión.
Por mucho tiempo he batallado para llegar a mi peso ideal. Y gracias al reto y los productos encontré una forma divertida y constante para alcanzar mi meta. Continuaré hasta lograrlo!!!!
