8 Weeks have past and I have reached my goal to look and feel the best I have ever been. I have been able to slim down, tone up and live a healthier lifestyle. My before weight was 58.8kg and after weight is 55.8kg. The key areas I will take you through include where I was, what I did to change and how I feel today.

I have been different sizes all through my life: chubby in Primary School, then skinny through High School and University then yo-yo ing weight for the past 4 years even reaching 65kg and not being able to fit into my clothes. For as far back as I can remember I would never say that I have lived a healthy lifestyle. Even when I was at my slimmest I wasn't healthy as I would rarely exercise. This year and in the past I would frequently binge on chocolate nightly, dessert frequently and alcohol on weekends. This binging was detrimental to my health I would get bad sugar headaches but I wasn't doing anything about it. I didn't do enough exercise and was always feeling tired.

Thankfully I was introduced to Yor Health by my best friend and we decided to do the 8 week challenge as I acknowledged I had room for improvement. As soon as I looked at my before photos it really sunk in how much I needed this change. However, I decided I would only make changes that I can keep up long term after the challenge as I saw no point in drastically loosing weight to put it back on just as fast later. I used the full product range. Each morning I start off with repair and probiotic tablets. At breakfast I mix a scoop of fibre & protein with oats, chia seeds and fruit. Morning tea I often take a berry blast with super greens and at night another repair tablet. I take the digestive pills with each decent meal (so usually 3 times a day). I also take vitamins and super slim tablets a few times a day. The chocolate and vanilla protein I take as a snack or sometimes a meal replacement which is so convenient and fills me up plus tastes great. I had been relatively healthy with my meals before the challenge but the problem was my body absorbing and digesting properly so the products definitely improved this. I stopped the sweets and alcohol binging. I still eat 'naughty' foods and try new foods but in moderation/smaller portions. I ensure to do light cardio every day so 30 mins walking and always look for ways to increase such as getting a further away bus stop and always taking the stairs. Then I attend a couple of gym classes a week such as body combat/pump and yoga or my own workout. Also on weekends I do outdoor activities such as hikes.

Today I am feeling better than ever. I have lost 3kg in 8 weeks which brings me to 55.8kg and most importantly have maintained this weight. I fit into my high waisted skinny jeans again and other clothes better- some are even baggy. I have much more energy and I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go each day. I don't feel like I have to get 8+ hours sleep a night and catch up on sleep if that wasn't achieved. I feel more confident in general, my digestive system is working as it should and I have better skin. Because I don't binge anymore I have not been getting those headaches. I have seen and felt how my body should be working and I wouldn't have it any other way. I now swear by these products and recommend them to everyone. I'm so glad I took this journey to make positive changes to my lifestyle and I look forward to continuing this and living a healthy happy life.
