I'm a 28year old female and I've struggled with my weight most of my life. I've either been very overweight or very underweight (mostly overweight). At the start of the challenge I weighed 115kg, I was always postponing the things I wanted to do because I felt ashamed of how I looked. I have an amazing horse that I was too embarrassed to ride where people might see me and It had really taken over my life, my mind, my health and how I felt about myself. It was also damaging my relationship as I was always feeling insecure and not good enough.
For the first 3 weeks I was working out a few times a week and was actually enjoying it. Then during the third week I was in a car accident which will leave me unable to exercise for quite some time. Prior to that, my regime was :

even though I was unable to exercise for the final 5 weeks, I was still losing weight. I went from 115kg to 99.8kg. My skin has improved, I'm sleeping better and the niggly aches I used to feel are all gone. I've never been happier with a product, I had more energy than ever and found that my sugar and greasy food cravings were much easier to control. after about 3 weeks the foods I craved changed, I went from craving unhealthy take aways to fresh salads and fruits. My goal for my next 8 week challenges is to keep making progress and to keep feeling better about myself. I feel like I'm on the right path for me to finally achieve all the things I've always wanted to do but been too embarrassed to; and to do more of the things I love. when I'm fully recovered I'd also like to go on some adventure hikes, which I could never physically handle before.
