Hello YOR Best Body community! My name is Martin Mendoza and I believe I'm an achiever! I joined the 8 week challenge hoping for a change in lifestyle, since the lifestyle that I had wasn't a healthy one, and was looking for a healthier and more improved me. I started the challenge weighing about 188 lbs and my goal was to go down to 180 which I successfully managed to do. I took the YOR MRP, the YOR Super-Greens, and the Complete-Burn. The MRP I took as a meal replacement and also after every work out, the Super-Greens I took in the morning which gave me an amazing boost of energy, and the Complete-Burn I took in the morning and afternoon and also about 20 min before my workout. I exercised about 4 times a week. The challenge has impacted my life in many ways, physically, mentally, financially, and believe it or not spiritually. When you focus on your health and trying to make a difference in life on becoming a better "YOU" it's allowing yourself to focus on other areas in your life. I love the challenge it helped me stay motivated taking no days off. And the products speak for it's self they're just simply amazing. Even though I'm really happy with my results this is just the start of my journey. I will continue to live the YOR Health life style and best of believe it to see me in the next SCULPT challenge so watch out everyone!!!
