Mi favorito YOR BERRY BLAST cada que lo tomo siento la energía suficiente para hacer ejercicio. YOR REPAIR ULTRA todas las mañanas junto con YOR SHAKE. SUPER GREEN no mi favorito en sabor pero muy efectivo. YOR SHAPE en todas las comidas. El único problema fue que a la mitad de el reto me empece a quedar sin todos los suplementos porque se que los resultados serían mucho mejores. actualmente ha mejorado mi condición física aleje de mi 2cm en cintura y 4 en cadera.
