Mi peso inicial era de 52.5 kg y mi peso actual es de 55 kg, llegue a mi meta de subir masa muscular por 2.5kg y de definir más mi cuerpo. Los productos que utilice fjeron: yor mrp todos los dias en la mañana y después de hacer ejercicio; el otro producto que consumo es el súper green junto con el desayuno; 30 minutos antes de entrenar tomó yor muscle energy y a medio día un yor berry blast. El ejercicio lo realizó 5 días a la semana, una hora diaria.
