El día de hoy escribo siendo honesto y poniendo un ejemplo para mi mismo.
Todos los días me levantaba y me tomaba un Mrp de Vainilla con Fibra y le ponía un par de fresas, en la tarde comía normal y en la noche cenaba literalmente lo primero que encontraba. En ocasiones era sandwich, en ocasiones tacos, etc...
Empecé haciendo ejercicio pero al poco tiempo lo dejé de hacer. No tengo pretextos simplemente fue lo que sucedió.
Al verme en el espejo no puedo decir que no me queira, pero veo en mcuhas ocasiones a alguien hipócrita que no se ha comprometido consigo mismo y no ha cumplido con su palabra.
Durante el reto apesar de que hubo un lapso en el que estuve de viaje y no me cuide para nada (comí de todo), y a pesar de toda mi iresponsabilidad, mi sorpresa es que no subí de peso.
El día de hoy esto que escribo repreesnta un parteaguas para mí, en mi siguiente ciclo haré la diferencia y seré un agente de cambio para aquellos que en la salud siempre han puesto su esperanza.
