During the 8 week challenge I solely lived on the Yor Health Product line. I was taking the Sculpt Set with a few add ons. I was excising 6 days a week and always making the better choice when it became to my food. That doesn't meant I didn't have naughty foods now and again but more of I took note of when I had something bad for my body.
Thanks to the Yor Health product line I feel happier, cleaner and my energy level are though the roof. I sleep soundly but get up ready to tackle the day. They have helped me better my health in every way.

During the 8 week challenge I was doing all types of fitness from gym, to yoga to weekend hikes. As my life is a very fast pace, it was always so easy having my products near by and just adding water to make my shakes. I cannot thank the Yor product line enough for helping me reach my fitness goals.
Just looking at my 8 week challenge before and after photos just puts a massive smile on my face as its so good to see some definition coming though on my body. Also hitting my goal wait of over 85kg really put a smile on my face as I have always struggle to put on weight.
Cannot wait to see myself in another 8 weeks!
