Hola a todos:), estoy super contenta de formar parte del reto de 8 semanas, logre mantenerme y bajar un kilo, hacia mi rutina de ejercicio 3 veces a la semana y siendo sincera no hice dieta, es increíble como los productos han favorecido mi salud, ya que la plataforma puede ayudarte a generar NUEVOS HÁBITOS en tu estilo de vida.
