Hola! Mi nombre es Zenaida Gonzalez. Me siento feliz por terminar el Reto porque mi meta era tonificar mis músculos y he logrado incrementar mi masa muscular 3kg.
Los cambios que hice fue continuar con mi rutina de carrera de lunes a viernes, logré acumular 30 km por semana y adicioné una rutina de pesas y trabajo de abdomen.
En cuestión de nutrición, antes de ir a correr me tomaba el YOR Shake, con una cucharada de café para quemar más grasa al hacer mi rutina. Terminando de correr inmediatamente tomaba el YOR Muscle Energy para continuar con mi rutina de pesas y para desayunar nuevamente tomaba mi YOR Shake.
A la hora de la comida tomaba 1 YOR Digest Ultra, para ayudarme con el metabolismo de la comida y mis YOR Vitaminas y YOR Supergreens para mantener oxigenados mis músculos.
Por la noche únicamente cenaba mi YOR Shake y a descansar.
